No — just grab a small clean storage bin to add the included sensory materials and everything is designed to be as ready-to-use as possible. We keep prep minimal so you can focus on enjoying the moment, not setting it up.
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you’ll be charged on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan. Your box will be shipped automatically, so you don’t have to reorder each time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time through your account before your next billing date. Once a charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
When will my box ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Subscription boxes ship on a recurring schedule the first week of each month, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
