At The Little Moments, each box is thoughtfully curated to create meaningful, screen-free experiences for you and your little one. Because of the care and intention that goes into every box, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
If your box arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at @info.thelittlemoments@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can make it right for you.
Our subscription boxes renew automatically based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time through your account before your next billing date. Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
